S Y M P O Z J U M S O L N E<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>QUO VADIS SAL 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dear Sir\/Madam,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Polish Salt Mining Association (PSMA), along with the Inowroc\u0142aw Salt Mines SOLINO S.A., cordially invite you to participate in the XXIX International Salt Symposium \u201cQuo Vadis Sal,\u201d which will take place on 15\u201317 October 2025 at the historic Hotel Pod Or\u0142em, 14 Gda\u0144ska Street, Bydgoszcz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Title of the Symposium:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Polish white gold: from salt shakers to energy storage \u2013 the role of salt industry\n\nin the 21 st century<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I. <\/strong><strong>Thematic Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leading topics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cavern energy storage<\/strong> strategic security of energy media in the context of energy crises and\ntransformation:<br>hydrocarbon storage;<br>underground hydrogen and air storage;<\/li>\n<li><strong>salt complexes as nuclear waste storage sites;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">competitiveness, innovation, and new directions of development<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">potassium-magnesium and rock salts \u2013 prospects for extraction and processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supplementary issues:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Critical elements in salt formations \u2013 raw material potential of Europe;<\/li>\n<li>Modern methods of recognising and exploiting salt deposits;<\/li>\n<li>Environmental and geomechanical challenges;<\/li>\n<li>European salt routes \u2013 history, tourism, heritage;<\/li>\n<li>Current legislative changes in the management of salt resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;II. <\/strong><strong>Presentation Formats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conference Paper (up to 15 minutes + discussion)<\/li>\n<li>Announcement (up to 5 minutes)<\/li>\n<li>Poster (119 x 84 cm;
