We are passing to you the sixteenth volume of the Salt Review, which is the year book published by the Polish Salt Mining Association. The works contributed to the Salt Review concern the issues relating to salt mining in Poland and abroad, with the concentration on geology, mining, industry, and the associated fields. The papers are printed either in Polish and English versions. All the works have been appraised by two peer reviewers. Most of the topics published in this volume were presented at the XXV and XXVI Quo Vadis Sal International Salt Symposium 2021 and 2022.
