On October 13-14, 2011, the 16th International Salt Symposium entitled \"Quo Vadis Sal\" was held in Toru\u0144, organized by the Polish Salt Mining Association together with Inowroc\u0142awskie Kopalnia Soli \"SOLINO\" S.A.<\/p>

In accordance with the leading theme \"STORAGE AND STORAGE IN SALT WORKINGS - PRESENT AND FUTURE OF SALT MINING\", the subject of the symposium was primarily focused on oil and gas storage technologies and waste storage in salt workings. Other issues appearing in the geological and mining works of salt mining were also presented.<\/p>
