Extract from the Association's Statute:

§ 14

1. An ordinary member may be a natural person with full legal capacity and not deprived of public rights, who submits a written declaration of joining the Association and obtains the support of two members of the Association.

2. A supporting member may be a natural or legal person interested in the activities of the Association, who has declared financial or in-kind support for the Association. A legal person acts in the Association through its representative.

3. Ordinary and supporting members are admitted by way of a resolution of the Management Board, based on a written declaration.

4. The Association keeps a register of members.

§ 15

1. Ordinary members have the right to:

1) active and passive electoral rights, participation in voting in person or by proxy,

2) submit opinions and requests to the authorities of the Association regarding the activities of the Association,

3) wear the badge of the Association,

4) use the achievements, property and all forms of the Association's activities,

5) appeal to the General Meeting of Members against the resolution of the Association's Management Board to remove them from the list of members.

2. Ordinary members are obliged to:

1) implement the statutory objectives of the Association,

2) actively participate in the activities of the Association,

3) comply with the statutes, regulations and resolutions

4) authorities of the Association,

5) regular payment of contributions to the Association,

6) care for the good name of the Association.

§ 36

1. The sources of the Association's assets are:

1) entry fees and membership fees,

2) records and inheritances,

3) proceeds from the statutory activities of the Association, income from the property of the Association,

4) subsidies,

5) donations,

6) sponsoring,

7) public collections.

2. Membership fees should be paid by the end of the first quarter of each year to which the fee applies to the account of the Association.

3. The Association conducts financial management and accounting in accordance with applicable regulations.
