RESOLUTION No. 12

General Meeting of Members of the Polish Salt Mining Association of
October 1, 2021 on determining the amount of the membership fee.

§ 1

The Ordinary Reporting and Election General Meeting of Members of the Polish Association
Górnictwa Solne, pursuant to § 24 point 10) of the PSGS Statute, determines the amount of the annual membership fee
in the amount of PLN 150 (in words: one hundred and fifty zlotys), starting from
January 1, 2022

The resolution was adopted in an open vote.
§ 3
The resolution is effective on the date of its adoption.
